About Bethany Ms. Bethany LaFlam serves as Investment Council Member at Rev Equity Group. She served as Managing Partner at Alchemy Capital. She has more than 15 years of legal expertise in startup, M&A, securities, and EB-5 compliance with regional centers, institutional lenders, and investors. She has worked across aerospace, oil & gas, medical services, and technology. She founded and operated a Newport Beach boutique business law firm LaFlam Sullivan and successfully integrated it into Much Shelist. Prior she litigated complex government claims and business disputes at Quinn, Emanuel, et al. She has significant experience in fundraising, portfolio company sourcing and diligence, and cross-border investment strategy and structure. She has been an advisor and has held leadership roles with multiple nonprofits including being Founding Board Member for Team Kids. She has her JD from Pepperdine University School of Law
